We had planned on interviewing two agents, but Taryn was first and it was clear we only needed to interview one. Taryn came prepared on day one with listings, but on day two (the following day) she came with a detailed analysis of all the comps in the area and a range for the appraisal value we could expect. We listed our house at the upper end of that range. Two open houses, multiple showing and only 3 weeks later we had a full price offer. Our house eventually appraised for a bit less than what we were offered, but the buyers paid more than what the house was appraised for.
